Yes. Slate uses your own Anthropic API key to generate content. This keeps your data private and your costs transparent. You can get a key at console.anthropic.com. Google Imagen is optional and only needed for AI image generation.

Your projects are stored on your account only. API keys are encrypted and never exposed. We don't use your briefs or content for training. Your work stays yours.

The Slate Free plan gives you 3 projects at no cost. You pay Anthropic directly for API usage. A full project from brief to storyboard typically costs a few cents. The usage dashboard inside Slate shows your exact spend per project.

Slate supports TV commercials, social media ads, brand films, product launches, and more. The brief templates cover the most common formats and you can customise everything.

Team workspaces are coming on the Agency plan. For now each user has their own account and projects. You can export and share your work via PDF or presentation mode.
